Antonio Brown was fined for wearing blue cleats after his week one game against the Washington Redskins because it violated the uniform policy and now this week he will risk getting fined again for a good cause. He will wear cleats that have an image of the legendary golfer Arnold Palmer with the words “The King” on it, who died this past Sunday. What might help Brown not get fined is that the cleats are black-and-gold which go with the teams colors. Brown plans on having similar cleats for future games to get a positive messages across. To avoid a fine Brown said. “I’m definitely going to follow the rules in regards to sticking to the team color.” Brown believes that the NFL is OK with inscriptions on cleats as long as they aren’t explicit. After week 4 ends we will see how OK the NFL really is with positive inscriptions on cleats.
